Houses built
to be inherited,
not replaced.
Since 2005, Jeremiah and Sarah Blakley have built custom homes in Little Rock and across Central Arkansas — one at a time, slowly where it matters, most of them for families sent by the family before.
Building homes, building trust — a family firm, in Arkansas, since 2005.
Jeremiah started in construction at fourteen and built his first home in 2005. Over two decades, that hands-on passion has grown into a commitment to building homes that are thoughtful, durable, and beautifully finished — homes families are proud to call their own.
Today, Jeremiah and his wife Sarah lead JBC with a simple belief: a house should be worth keeping, and built so that it can be kept.
We blend time-honored building traditions with curated design, choosing every material with care and holding every detail to the standard we'd accept in our own home. Most of that work is close to home — Chenal Valley, the Heights, and west Little Rock — with lake residences at Heber Springs and Hot Springs.
Our clients tend to stay in our lives. Nearly every project since 2005 has come to us by referral — a family we built for, sending the next one. We take that as the only measure of the work that matters, and we build accordingly. The relationship, like the house, is meant to last.
Four ways we work with families — from first brick to decades on.
Four steps, unchanged in twenty years — from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
